YOUR CURRENT STAGE

Where are you in your journey?

Find a useful starting point. Your qualifications and current evidence matter more than following a fixed package.

Exploring from abroad

Start by clarifying your qualification history, language level and intended professional pathway.

EMPLOYER MATCHING

Find a pharmacy role that fits.

Matching is more than forwarding a CV. Your professional profile, preferences and unresolved requirements need to be understood together.

01

Understand your fit

Clarify your experience, location preferences, recognition stage and realistic availability.

02

Prepare and connect

Organise your professional profile and prepare for suitable employer introductions and interviews within the agreed service.

03

Clarify your start

Discuss offer conditions, induction and the requirements that must be met before regulated work begins.

VERBINDIX ACADEMY

Build the readiness your next step needs.

The right course addresses a real learning need. Our Academy connects language, specialist exam preparation and practical pharmacy situations.

  • German A1–B2Build the language foundation at your current level.
  • FSP preparationPractise pharmacist–patient communication and the exam format relevant to your examining body.
  • KP preparationWork on practice, law and the required knowledge where your pathway requires KP.
  • SelbstmedikationDevelop structured, responsible non-prescription counselling.

Individual review and exam-style simulation identify revision priorities; they do not guarantee examination or employment outcomes.

WORKING AS A PHARMACIST IN GERMANY

Know what your pathway requires.

Your qualification country, recognition decision and intended federal state shape the next steps. Use the responsible authority’s requirements, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

Professional authorisation

Pharmacy is a regulated profession. Approbation is the unrestricted licence; a temporary Berufserlaubnis, where granted, has its own limits. A job offer or course certificate is not permission to practise.

Understand recognition ↗

Language & examinations

General German at B2 and usually a specialist language examination at C1 are required. A knowledge test may be needed where substantial differences remain; not every applicant needs KP. Your authority confirms the applicable evidence and route.

Find relevant preparation ↗

Documents & entry planning

Prepare qualification and training evidence, professional history and translations as requested. Immigration and family-reunification requirements are checked separately. Some routes allow entry to complete recognition requirements.

Plan entry and arrival ↗

Official orientation: Recognition Finder — NRW example · Entry for recognition · Family reunification. Local requirements and individual decisions take precedence.

FROM QUALIFIED TO CONNECTED

One coordinated journey. Different starting points.

These stages describe coordinated support, not a universal legal timetable. Activities can overlap; recognition work starts earlier and the Recognition stage below represents completion.

CLARITY FIRST. CONTINUITY THROUGHOUT.

A clear plan. A record that moves with you.

Start with a free assessment and understand the proposed support before making a paid commitment.

Free assessment & report

We review your current stage and the information you provide, then send a written case summary, priorities and a cost breakdown for the relevant services. Known third-party charges are identified; estimates and costs still awaiting confirmation are clearly marked. The initial assessment and this report are free, with no obligation to buy.

One continuous case file

Your case file brings together relevant conversations, agreed actions, documents and progress updates, so the team can continue from the last recorded step rather than asking you to start again. Records and access follow the applicable privacy information, permissions and retention arrangements; recording calls requires separate notice and permission where applicable.

Support after you start

For candidates placed through our recruitment service, agreed post-start follow-up covers workplace induction, communication and emerging support needs. We coordinate relevant issues with you and, with appropriate permission, the employer. The follow-up scope and checkpoints are agreed in the recruitment service; this is not an Academy-only course benefit.

04 · Before you decide

A real report distinguishes confirmed prices, estimates, exclusions, tax treatment where applicable, payment responsibilities and costs awaiting confirmation. Any paid service requires a separate agreed scope. No paid total or employment, licence or visa outcome is promised by this sample.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Know the scope. Understand the responsibilities.

Your costs

The initial case assessment, written summary and relevant cost report are free. Any paid services and known third-party charges are explained before commitment; unconfirmed costs are labelled rather than presented as fixed.

Your choices

Discuss services relevant to your stage. Do not assume a compulsory full bundle or Academy purchase.

Official decisions

Employers decide offers; authorities decide licences and immigration matters. VERBINDIX coordinates support, not guaranteed outcomes.

CLEAR ANSWERS FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Before you take the next step.

Can I start if I already have recognition or an employer?

Yes, discuss the stage-specific support you need rather than assuming a new full journey. Any handover requires understanding existing agreements and responsibilities.

Can I choose where I want to work?

Your preferences belong in the assessment. Matching also depends on employer availability, role requirements and your readiness; a specific city is not guaranteed.

Is Academy enrolment mandatory?

No. The learning recommendation should follow your needs. Course participation does not replace licensing and does not guarantee placement.

Can employer discussions start before full licensing?

Preparation and employer discussions may take place while requirements remain outstanding. Regulated work cannot begin outside the professional and residence/work authorisation actually held.

Will I have to explain my case from the beginning each time?

The team works from your case file and last recorded progress, including relevant conversations and agreed next actions. You can help keep it accurate by sharing changes; access and retention follow the privacy arrangements.

Does post-start recruitment support come with an Academy course?

No. Agreed post-start follow-up applies to placements through the recruitment service. Academy course support is governed by the separate course terms.

What if my process is delayed?

Review the cause, responsible party and outstanding evidence. A plan should be adjusted around authority, employer and preparation dependencies, not a fixed marketing deadline.

What happens after the free assessment?

You receive a free written summary of your current stage, recommended priorities and a cost breakdown for the relevant support. Estimates and unconfirmed third-party charges are identified. You decide whether to proceed; any paid scope and terms are agreed first. The enquiry form in this local preview does not submit a request.
