START WITH YOUR PHARMACY

What would help your team now?

A current vacancy, a longer-term hiring plan or support for your own candidate. Choose the starting point that fits.

YOUR STARTING POINT

A licensed pharmacist

Discuss your role, location, hours and required licence. Candidate availability is assessed individually; this is not an immediate-cover service.

PRACTICAL OUTPUTS

A hiring plan you can act on.

Your first conversation clarifies the role, candidate starting point and support needed. The next step is to agree a written scope, open questions and proposed actions; fees, availability and timing are confirmed individually.

01

A focused role brief

Location, hours, duties, licence requirements and the conditions your pharmacy can offer.

02

An evidence-led profile

Relevant experience and preferences, with reviewed evidence separated from candidate statements and open checks.

03

An explained fit

Reasons for an introduction, questions to explore in the interview and dependencies that affect a start.

04

A coordinated action plan

The next task, responsible party and outstanding preparation, permissions or workplace arrangements.

BEFORE THE INTERVIEW

Know the fit. See what is missing.

A degree alone does not tell you whether a candidate suits your team or can start the proposed role. Review experience, communication, preferences and permissions together.

  • Evidence, not assumptionsDistinguish reviewed documents, candidate statements and checks still needed.
  • Requirements made visibleSee what must be resolved before pharmacist duties can begin.

FROM BRIEF TO WORKPLACE

Your decision. A coordinated process.

You retain the hiring decision. We coordinate the support included in your agreement, with responsibilities visible at each handoff.

  1. 01

    Define the role

Clarify the pharmacy, hours, duties, offer conditions and professional permission required.

Your part: confirm the role brief.
  2. 02

    Review and interview

Compare suitable profiles, discuss open questions and meet candidates where an introduction is appropriate.

    Your part: interview and decide.
  3. 03

    Plan the start

Coordinate agreed preparation, document and mobility tasks alongside the contract and workplace arrangements.

Your part: confirm the offer and induction contact.
  4. 04

    Support the transition

Agree follow-up contacts, topics and duration for induction and issues that emerge after joining.

    Your part: provide workplace feedback.

Activities may overlap. Professional licensing and immigration decisions remain with the competent authorities; candidate availability and start dates require individual confirmation.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Clear scope. Transparent responsibilities.

Ask for a written proposal that distinguishes our services, external costs and your pharmacy’s responsibilities before you commit.

Included support

Specify sourcing, preparation, coordination and follow-up — including what is outside the agreement.

Fees and payment

Set out fees, payment triggers and responsibility for any course, translation, authority, travel or other external charges.

Changes and delays

Agree how delays, cancellation and any replacement arrangements are handled. These terms are defined in the contract, not assumed.

View the service and review boundaries

This is a frontend review. Prices, payment stages and contractual policies still require approval. No placement, start date, replacement, AZAV certification or funding entitlement is promised. The examples show the proposed information structure, not a live candidate pool.

PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Plan your next hire with fewer unknowns.

What happens after our first conversation?

First clarify the role, location, hours, start window and whether you need sourcing or help with an existing candidate. Then define the relevant support and outstanding information for a written proposal. No response time or shortlist delivery date has been committed in this review.

Can you support a candidate I already know?

Discuss document coordination, learning needs and start planning for that candidate. Define the required support separately rather than assuming a complete recruitment package.

When can a pharmacist start?

Check the actual professional licence or permission and its restrictions, residence and work authorisation, and workplace arrangements. An exam result, job offer or arrival alone does not grant permission to practise.

What determines the hiring timeline?

Key dependencies include current German skills, available qualification evidence, recognition decisions, professional permission and any immigration procedure. A case-specific plan should identify each open requirement, its owner and what needs external confirmation.

What information is useful for the first discussion?

Have the pharmacy location, working hours, role responsibilities, intended start window and proposed employment conditions ready. If you have a candidate, describe their current stage without sending sensitive documents through the initial form.

Is Academy enrolment compulsory?

No. Discuss the candidate’s actual learning needs and existing readiness. Any course programme, fees and attendance are agreed separately.

What happens if a requirement or start date changes?

Review the unresolved task, responsible party and effect on the plan. Any delay, cancellation or replacement arrangements must be defined in the service agreement. Regulated duties cannot begin outside the permissions actually held.

Who handles induction and follow-up?

The pharmacy provides appropriate workplace induction and a contact person. Agree what additional coordination and post-start follow-up VERBINDIX will provide, including contacts, topics and duration. Housing responsibilities must also be agreed separately.
