FOR YOUR PHARMACY

A clearer route from candidate to professional start.

Plan around the actual qualification, evidence and permissions — not a fixed marketing timetable.

Approbation

The full professional licence. Confirm the actual licence and relevant conditions before assigning pharmacist duties.

Berufserlaubnis

A temporary permission may be restricted to specified activities or employment locations. Read the individual permission, not only its label.

Recognition in progress

An ongoing application or passed exam is not itself permission to practise. Immigration and work authorisation must also be checked.

Build a realistic role brief.

  • Pharmacy location, hours, duties and required professional permission.
  • Candidate qualification, relevant experience, language evidence and preferences.
  • Outstanding requirements, who owns them and what could affect timing.
  • Contract conditions, fees, external charges and agreed support.
  • A named induction contact and appropriate workplace arrangements.

Preparation, interviews and document work may overlap. An accelerated immigration procedure does not guarantee a visa or a universal start date.

Who decides what?

The pharmacy decides the offer and workplace arrangements. The candidate completes their requirements. VERBINDIX coordinates the agreed support. Competent authorities decide licences and immigration permissions.

General orientation, not an individual legal eligibility decision. Actual permission conditions and authority decisions take precedence.
